Antique/Vintage Heavy Brass Buckle Off Leather Horse Harness For Leatherwork Or Belt Upcycle

See measurements on photos.  Prong bar is 31mm.

Selling in uncleaned condition, large build up of grime and tarnish. There may be traces of nickel to frame. Prong is rusty and very tight on bar.  Wear to prong bearing surface, some wear to brass from useage but still useable.
