Shipping policy

All items marked PICKUP ONLY must be picked up from us just near Truro, SA by yourself or your own appointed representative or courier, at your own expense.  Please make contact with Tracey on 0400 257 777 asap to arrange a mutually convenient pickup time.

Please note: All our new items are custom made for each order and due to the popularity of certain items in our catalog, shipping times may take longer than the estimate.

Please be advised that once your item has been shipped, your order cannot be modified or cancelled.

Orders containing more than one item may arrive in separate packages on different dates.
