Bought in the UK - of English origin, conjuring up Downton Abbey vibes!

Sterling silver collar is stamped ‘J.S.’ with stamps for Sheffield, sterling, 1907.

The piece measures almost 15cm long.

It is in good vintage condition. Silver plate appears intact. There is some discolouration of the mother of pearl near the collar.
