Antique Shoemaker Cobbler Saddle Maker Leatherwork Leatherworking Hand Tool Double Iron With No Handle

Tool head is in good condition with some stamping but has been double struck and cannot decipher maker (possibly L. Richter & Son) other than town of Northampton. Made in England is stamped to other side. The number 18 is stamped to one edge and on opposite edge the number is unable to be read. Surface rust and pitting.
